Are the availabilities on the website up-to-date?

Yes, the availability is always up-to-date.

What is the latest date that I can ask for a cancellation insurance?

If you wish to add cancellation insurance after making the reservation, you can do so up to 15 days before departure. In order to add cancellation insurance to you booking, please contact us at info@sissipark.at.

Is there any booking confirmation that I need to show when I check in?

You will receive a voucher via e-mail 1 day before your arrival. Please show the voucher to our colleague at the reception.

Is there a reception? When is it open?

Yes, we have a reception. Opening hours: from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Does the receptionist speak English?

Yes, our receptionist speaks English, German and Hungarian.

What time can I check in?

The check-in time is from 4 to 8 p.m, when our guests can receive the keycard from the receptionist at the reception.
Guests who can only arrive later in the evening will be able to find the keycard in the keysafe. Please get in touch with our colleagues before arrival.

Until what time do I have to leave the apartment?

We kindly ask you to leave your apartement until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Is there free Wifi in the apartments?

Yes, in all of them.

What are the apartments equipped with?

Linen, towels, hair drier, toilet paper, dishwasher, microwave, dinner set, glasses (including wine glasses), pots, pans, bowls, sauna utensils, safe.

Is daily cleaning and the change of towels included in the price?

No, but additional cleaning can be requested for a surcharge (includes change of towels).

Can I have the towels changed during my stay?

Yes, for extra charge.

Can I rent sauna towels?

Yes, you can ask for them at the reception. Sauna towel rental is free of charge.

What kind of baby facilities do you provide?

We can provide you the following equipment free of charge: bed, linen, bathtub, highchair, changing table. Please, let us know in advance in case you need any of these.

Should we bring snow chains?

Yes, you should definitely have snow chains in you car in case you need them. Putting them on the tires might be obligatory in Austria in periods of heavy snowing in the winter.

What type of mattresses are on the beds?

We provide hard-surface mattresses for the firm support of the spine, with thin, removable memory foam mattress toppers for the comfort of the ones who like sleeping on the side or stomach.

Are all of the apartments equipped with a private sauna?

Yes, they are. One of our Studio+ apartments (app. Nr. 113) is equipped with an infrared sauna. All of our other apartments have Finnish Saunas.

Is there a swimming pool in the building?

Unfortunately there isn't, but Erlebnisbad Haus is only 500 meters from Sissi Park.

What is the average electricity cost if the sauna is used in the apartment?

The average electricity bill for one night is €5-€8 depending on the size of the apartment and the amount of time the sauna is being used.

Are there any social areas in the building?

Unfortunately there aren't.

Is there a telephone in the apartment?

A telephone is not provided in the apartment.

Is there a vacuum cleaner in the apartment?

Vacuum cleaner is not provided in the apartment.

Is there a toaster in the apartment?

There isn't, but you can ask for one at the reception.

Is there any laundry facility in the building?

Unfortunately there isn't.

What kind of options are there for catering?

You can order fresh bakery products for breakfast from the local bakery (Monday-Saturday). You can also find several restaurants in the village just a few minute walk from SissiPark.

Unfortunately there isn't, but there are several restaurants in the village near SissiPark.

Is there a grocery shop nearby?

Yes, there is a well-equipped supermarkt (Billa) 800 metres from us. Please keep in mind that it is closed on Sundays.

Where can I park near the building?

Guests of our apartments are provided 1 or 2 parking lots in front of the building (depending on the size of the apartments).

Are the apartments really next to the slopes?

Yes, the apartments are next to the 1/b ski route. The ski route connects the building with the Hauser-Kaibling gondola lift (800 m). After you finished skiing you can slide right to the building from the slope.

Can I buy the my ski pass at the reception?

No, you can only buy your ski pass at the ski lifts.

What kind of ski passes can I buy?
