The modern apartments, which vary in size, all have their own sauna and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with internet connection, free WiFi, a lockable ski storage room and free parking.
We stayed for 3 nights at Sissi Park, booking the second-largest apartment for around €2200. Unfortunately, the experience was mixed. For such a high price, we were surprised to discover several extra charges. Electricity is billed separately, and the sauna (€13/hour) costs extra even though it is advertised as part of the apartment. After paying €2200 for three nights, these additional fees feel unreasonable. Because of the electricity billing, we even found ourselves constantly turning things off, which takes away from the relaxing holiday atmosphere. Parking was another disappointment — only outdoor parking was included, not the garage, which again feels odd at this price level. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean, and the location right next to the ski slope is excellent. Overall, the place itself is good, but the pricing structure with multiple add-on costs feels excessive. At €2200 for three nights, things like electricity, sauna, and proper parking should simply be included.
Best place to stay when skiing in Scladming. Friendly staff, very well equipped apartments. A pleasure to stay there.
