Smoking
We would like to kindly inform you that our apartments are non-smoking! For smoking, please use the outdoor areas (balcony, yard etc.). Ashtrays can be found on the balcony and at the restaurant.
Noise policy
Please be considerate and keep noise level to minimum between 10:00 p.m - 6.00 a.m.

Maintenance
In case of any malfunction in the apartment, please contact the reception immediately. We do not accept subsequent complaint!
Smoke detectors
Smoke detectors are located within the apartments, which are connected to the local fire department. If the alarm is activated, the fire-brigade will be notified automatically and will arrive on the spot in a few minutes. Please be aware that we are unable to cancel the service delivery. In case of false alarm, the guest will be charged with 400 EUR.
Sauna usage
While using the sauna, at least another adult has to be present in the apartment in case of an emergency. The alarm signals at the reception. Please use it only in case of an emergency!
Do not cover the sauna stove or put any inflammable items close to it.
In case of fire, call 122!
Parking
Parking spots are available in front of the buildings or in the closed parking lot. Please follow the parking requests coming form the staff. We would like to inform you that snow around your car will not be removed by our staff. Removing snow around the car is the owners responsibility.
Locks
Our locks are operated with plastic cards. The same card can be used for: the apartment, main entrance, ski storage room. Hold the card 1-2 cm away from the lock. If the green light flashes, you can open and close the lock for 10 sec. If the light is red, the card will not open the given lock. For closing the lock, you also have to turn the knob after pulling the door.
In case of losing the card, you will be charged with 4 EUR.
Deposit
The deposit must be paid in cash at your arrival and will be refunded on the day of your departure. If the apartment is not in orderly condition, we are allowed to hold back 50% of the deposit.
Orderly conditions are: trash is collected, complete and faultless equipments, used cutlery is placed in the dishwasher, kitchen equipments and electronics are clean etc.).
Electricity
There is a grey box in every apartment near the door where you have to insert the card in order to activate electricity. After withdrawing the card, electricity will still work until 5-10 sec. The dishwasher and the fridge are operated on a separate system.
Ski storage
Every apartment has its own numbered ski storage place and a heated shoe dryer in the main storage room. Please use only your dedicated storage place.
Recycling
Please take care of selective waste collection. The waste storage is next to the main entrance.
Color codes:
- black container – mixed
- green container with red roof – paper
- green container with blue roof – metal
- green container with yellow roof – plastic
- grey container – glass (behind the building)
Please take care of tidiness!
Safe
Safes can be found in every apartment. On your departure, please leave the safe open.
TV
Apartments are equipped with smart TV.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in SissiPark.
Number of guests
The allowed maximum number of guests to stay in the apartment equals with the number of available beds. Prior consent from the host is needed for children under 3, who are sleeping in the same bed as their parents and considered as an additional guest.
The host is allowed to check the number of guest in the apartment without any prior notification. However it must not cause any harassment for the guest and must be carried out in compliance with privacy rights.
Responsibility
The host does not hold responsibility for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use.
Damage due to improper use - caused directly by the guest - can be deducted from the deposit.
The host is not responsible for personal values left at SissiPark. Please don't forget to use the in-room safe (please leave it open on departure).
Guests must follow staff requests, in particular for early morning and late evening (10:00 p.m - 6:00 a.m) noise policy.
Early check in, late check out
For guests who would already like to ski on the first day, but do not want to get changed in the ski storage room or take a shower conveniently and get ready after skiing on the last day, we recommend our early check-in and late check-out possibilities. Avoid any inconvenience and ask for an early check-in or late check-out for a surcharge!
- Can only be asked for and guaranteed, if on there is no previous or subsequent booking on the day of arrival/departure
- Early check in can be requested on the the afternoon a day prior to arrival, late check out can be requested on the afternoon of the day prior to departure
- Earliest arrival is 8 am, latest departure is 6 pm in case of confirmed early check in/late check out
- Those guests who did not request an early check in, but happen to arrive before 4 pm, have the possibility to occupy the apartment against a surcharge shown above (if the apartment is read by the time of arrival)

Leaving the apartment
A fee must be paid if the apartment is not left in order:
- If you have agreed at the booking to leave the apartment in order, but our colleagues find it otherwise during the on-site check-out, you will be charged.
- If you haven't agreed at the booking to leave the apartment in order, an extra cleaning fee will be included in the prepaid amount.
The apartment is in order when: dirty kitchen supplies and cutlery are in the dishwasher, waste is collected in the recycling bins etc.
